Copper-based diamond circular saw blade manufacturing technology
Diamond circular saws are specialized tools designed for cutting non-metallic materials such as granite, marble, concrete, refractory materials, glass, ceramics, road surfaces, and graphite electrodes. They are renowned for their sharpness and wear resistance. Over the past decade, with the rapid development of China's construction materials industry, domestic demand for diamond circular saw blades in the stone processing sector has surged rapidly. The key technology in manufacturing diamond circular saw blades lies in the chemical composition of the saw teeth and the corresponding preparation processes.

Instructions for Grinding High-End Imported Saw Blades
Currently, there are many small factories and artisan workshops on the market that specialize in grinding saw blades. Their blade-grinding process involves only a simple, rough treatment of the front rake angle of the teeth. After such treatment, the original angles of the saw blade—such as the back rake angle, side angles, and tooth spaces—are completely left untouched. Moreover, these workshops never perform any inspection or correction procedures on the finished products after grinding.
Storage and Use of Abrasive Tools
1. The actual linear operating speed of the grinding wheel must not exceed the limits specified in the table below. 2. Before installation, the grinding wheel should first be checked for its speed rating, then inspected for cracks and damage, and subjected to a strength test. 3. After installation is complete, the grinding wheel must undergo an idle run of at least 5 minutes with a protective guard in place. Work may only commence once it has been confirmed that the grinding wheel has sufficient strength. 4. The use of coolants that can damage the grinding wheel bond material is strictly prohibited. 5. When handling grinding wheels, avoid violent vibrations and impacts. 6. Depending on the size and shape of the grinding wheel, they should be stored either on shelves or in boxes separately. 7. Grinding wheels should be stored in a way that prevents them from getting damp or frozen. 8. Resin-bonded grinding wheels should not be stored for more than one year. If the storage period exceeds this limit, they must be thoroughly inspected and confirmed to be of good quality before being used.
