1. In accordance with the requirements for hazardous waste management, you shall entrust a unit holding a hazardous waste operating license to collect and dispose of hazardous waste. Before the end of December each year, you must submit your annual hazardous waste management plan to the Hangzhou Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment.
2. When transferring hazardous waste, complete and file the transfer manifest.
3. Strictly regulate the collection and storage of hazardous waste, and verify that packaging is intact before warehousing and dispatching.
Emergency Response Measures:
1. In the event of a hazardous waste leak, the first person to discover it must immediately report to company management, promptly notify the hazardous waste warehouse manager and the safety officer, and take effective emergency measures at the earliest possible moment to prevent the spread of contamination. If anyone is injured, they should be promptly taken to a medical facility for treatment.
2. On-site responders shall wear appropriate personal protective equipment, such as protective clothing and gas masks, and strictly follow the hazardous waste management regulations and the emergency response plan for sudden environmental incidents when handling the situation at the site.
