Zhejiang Wanli Tools Group Co. , Ltd. was incorporated on Feb. 07, 1994. Its predecessor is Hangzhou Zhijiang Tools Factory which was founded on May 20, 1985. The company was ever named as Hangzhou Tools Factory Xiaoshan Branch, Xiaoshan Zhijiang Tools Factory, Hunan Machinery Import & Export Group Co. Xiaoshan Joint Factory, Hangzhou Zhijiang Tools Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Wanli Group Dayou Diamond Tools Co., Ltd.

The company has been producing various kinds of Woodworking Drills since 1987, Diamond Saw Blades since 1995, and Router Bits since 2000. At present, it has the capability of researching, developing and manufacturing woodworking tools series, diamond products series and router bits series, among which the production capacity of woodworking drills reaches 30 million pieces per year, ranking first in China. The company has passed ISO9001 quality system certification, ISO14001 Environmental System Certification, OHSAS18001 Management System Certification and MPA safety certification (for diamond saw blades). As early as 1995, the company was granted the right of self-support in import and export. Up to now, the proportion of self-export has remained over 95% .

In Sept. 2000, the company acquired by holding Hangzhou COFNA Co.Ltd., a state-owned enterprise of Hangzhou. COFNA has committed to improve the import and export business capacity. Up to now, it has set up the export production bases in Yuhang Hangzhou, Deqing Hangzhou, Lu’an Anhui and etc.

The company was founded and has been growing up in Hangzhou. The headquarter is only 20 minutes by car from West Lake, the World Cultural and landscape heritage site. The subsidiary cooperation COFNA is only 20 kilometers away from the world cultural and archaeological site of Liangzhu. We sincerely welcome you to visit.
